Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges at Beladiva

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at BelaDiva. If you're not entirely happy, we're pleased to offer you the option to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@bela-diva.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will process your request promptly and provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hygiene products. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method as soon as possible.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@beladiva.com and always mention your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and provide instructions on where to send the package.

  • Items returned to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
  • BelaDiva does not offer exchanges or refunds on sale or promotional items. This policy also applies to purchases made through our bundles.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Courier and Customs Fees

  1. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.
  2. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
  3. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is always responsible for incorrect delivery or returning the package to the factory.
  4. We cannot guarantee that there will be no additional charges when importing products into the country of order. We recommend contacting your local post office for more information.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please send an email to info@bela-diva.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. We will process your request promptly and provide instructions on how to exchange the item.

Please note that exchanged items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the exchanged item, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Placed Orders

Our orders are processed immediately upon placement, therefore cancellation is unfortunately not possible.

Do I Need to Pay for my Return Shipment? Yes, all customers are responsible for the costs of their return shipment. Costs may vary depending on your location, typically between £15 and £25 . We recommend sending your return shipment with Track & Trace, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return shipments.
